Shipping policy

Due to logistical reasons, orders may be split and sent out separately. So it’s possible that just a part of your order arrives earlier than another.

Due to the pandemic (and all of the rest of this planet’s drama), there are several delays in shipping to expect.

We always try to be updated about current shipping times, but it’s still unpredictable.

Shipping

We are shipping worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.

If you want your shipping with a tracking number or express, then please contact us before placing an order, so we can calculate the costs.

Please note: orders can be shipped separately. Mugs, clothing, pillows, towels, cases, and blankets get fulfilled by a production partner. The production partner routes orders to the closest fulfillment center to your address. 

Delivery time

Orders from Italy get dispatched twice a week, Tuesday and Friday -these days may be shifted due to local holidays.
We are not responsible for any delay that results from an incorrect address, holidays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or incidents beyond our control, like a pandemic. 

Tracking numbers can be found in the dispatch emails, please monitor the tracking, there is no control on our part.

Estimated shipping times (business days, average):

  • Italy 3-7 days

  • Europe 5-20 days

  • Rest of the World 10-30 days

These given dates are average experiences, we don’t have any control over the duration of the shipping, nor can we influence anything after giving your package to the shipping company.

Shipping and handling costs

The system will automatically calculate the shipping and handling cost depending on the volume, weight, and destination of the products purchased.

Please note that any customs duties and taxes for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Refunds

Due to continuous and unpredictable shipping times, we reserve the right to refund untracked orders earliest after 4 weeks (Sent within Europe) or 6 weeks (international). If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from the dispatch day, then please send an email to: info@meetwilma.com, and maybe we can give you info about current knowing shipping delays, but we are not able to influence the shipping time.
